Many people when
frying add oil and ingredients before the pan is at proper temperature and
therefore the food may stick to the pan or turn brown. The solution is Hot Pan,
Hot Oil, Hot Food. A simple way to assure your pan is at the proper temperature
is to add a drop of water into the heating pan. When the water steams off the
pan is ready for oil. Add a small amount of coconut oil (Teaspoon) and allow it
to reach pan temperature before adding food.
